As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising the business and handling a diverse range of product and regulatory issues. Your responsibilities will include drafting commercial agreements and providing legal guidance across various areas such as intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance.
Description:
You will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, production, licensing, and marketing agreements. Additionally, you will provide ongoing legal advice and support, addressing challenges that may arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation disputes and inquiries.
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with exceptional legal qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of post-bar admission experience in a top international law firm or in-house
- Experience in working on content licensing and production deals
- Strong drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various standard commercial contracts
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Capability to work independently and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams
- Enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges and delivering meaningful solutions
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering results within deadlines
