Meta is actively seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to provide support to up to three directors in the Meta leadership team. The chosen candidate will be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force, handling complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Exceptional communication skills and resourcefulness in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem are essential for success in this role. This position is full-time.
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Meetings: Facilitate internal and external meetings.
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendar set-up and movement.
- Expense Management: Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Event Organization: Organize space planning, strategic offsite events, and team all-hands meetings.
- Relationship Building: Build cross-functional relationships between departments.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with org lead admins.
- Communication: Communicate key org and company updates to admins and cross-functional partners.
- Office Duties: Perform general office duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives.
- 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives.
- 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience supporting tech functions at a large-scale tech company.
- Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross-functional partners.
- Experience driving events and fostering team culture.
- Experience driving strategic projects and events at a senior level.
- Experience executing high volumes of travel and local events for a global team.

Salary Range: $79,893/year to $111,010/year + bonus + equity + benefits
