Join Amazon’s efforts in combating counterfeit activities by taking on the role of Risk Manager in Europe. This position will require you to work closely with various teams to identify and pursue cases against counterfeiters and bad actors globally.
Description:
You will collaborate with a team of attorneys, investigators, and other risk managers to execute Amazon’s counterfeit enforcement efforts. The role entails leveraging data analysis and investigative techniques to identify and disrupt counterfeit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal and external data sources to identify individuals and networks involved in counterfeiting activities.
- Communicate investigative results effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including legal and law enforcement teams.
- Identify connections between actors and broader bad actor networks.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to improve detection methods.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in investigative work or data analysis
- Strong communication skills for conveying investigative results to legal and law enforcement audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of legal concepts related to evidentiary standards and civil and criminal procedure
- Experience with SQL
- Previous work experience in risk, fraud, brand protection, or compliance organizations
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
